Malcolm vs O'Hagan, Cube & Checker Play

My gut feel is d/t. I'll guess White wins 25% gammons to Blue's 5%. Cube action should be fairly close to money, so I put Blue's take point around 32%. I'd guess he's a few percent better than that, so my estimates support my initial judgment of d/t.

With the 61, I'm not sure, but I think I'd play 8/2* 3/2 regardless of the cube location. This gives Blue only 61 and 42 to anchor on the bar point, for a basically even game, plus 51, 53, and 54, which allow him to enter and safety his outfield blot, leaving him a clear underdog. Variations which allow Blue immediate counter-play don't look as attractive.
