A choice between leaving a double shot and getting hit 50%+ but usually getting a direct return shot as a result or giving up some racing equity in hopes of getting and hitting a shot later. Racing, and leaving the double shot looks like a better bet.

I'd play 18/12. If I've counted right, White has fewer perfectas if Blue stays on 18 rather than advancing to 17. It might be right to lift with 5/4 after 18/11, but that takes a parlay to get punished and the gap hurts Blue's racing chances, so I'll leave the blot.
