%GWC per pip in close, short races

I found that just about anything is more reliable when the pip counts get low, as equities become more sensitive to distribution and less to raw pip count. I was mostly using Trice at that time, if I recall, and had gotten fairly good at estimating wastage. Estimating wastage is key, no matter how what method you use. I've been away from the game for so long that I need to go back to school on all this stuff.
