Let's assume 63S-41 is TCTC for Money.

Then play 13/9 8/7* (because it wins more gammons) when trailing in a match and 24/20 8/7* when leading in a match.

In a money game or money situation in a match, play 13/9 8/7* if you are the better player and 24/20 8/7* if you are the weaker player.

I estimate that 90% of all backgammon players are better than their opponents, so roughly 90% of the time 13/9 8/7* should be played in money situations.
