I misplayed a position similar to this not long ago. The solution there was 20/15 20/14, and I think that's probably correct here as well. Blue doesn't have the timing to hang around, so now looks like the time to break the anchor, before White gets some teeth in his board. The half-measure of 22/16 20/15 leaves the vulnerable blot on the 20pt, where White will be most willing to strike. It looks better to have the blot back somewhat out of the way on the 22pt and wait for a 6.
