I think the hardest part will be getting people to switch the term that they are using. It's going to have to be a term that has balance and flows off the tongue as easily as money game or you have no hope of getting people to use it. Unlimited match is close. It is slightly more difficult to say than money match but its close. Ongoing match might work...

The other issue is that it will need to have no words that are associated with gambling in any way. Like Joe said, no-limit has ties to poker as does table stakes. Stakes makes me immediately think of how much is at risk.

Geez Chuck... this is a lot of hard thinking for a Sunday morning. Couldn't you have come up with an easier issue? ;-)
