In search of a new term

Been thinking on this a little more and, while I still like the term "open play," as I've read through the comments the term "standard play" keeps suggesting itself.
"Standard play" addresses several aspects of the situation. First, most beginners and casual players do not play matches, For them "money games" (albeit without the money) is the *standard* way of playing. Second, for those who do play for money, outside of tournaments, money is also their *standard* way of playing. And finally, and most relevant, I think, is that in analysis, we often talk of what play we would make for "money" or "at a normal score." Well those plays are our *standard* plays. GG, GS, and DMP situations cause us to deviate from standard plays to address the special needs of the match score.
"In standard play, I do X, but at GG, I do Y."
So, put me down for "standard play," with "open play" being my second choice.
