Heh. That's not far from what happened. It was a "match" to 5000 and I had a huge lead at the time. The backgammon on 1024 wasn't quite enough to put her over, but it sure gave me an uphill climb. We lived on opposite sides of the country at the time and played every day online. The match was never finished, alas, as I've since moved cross country to join her and we rarely play anymore. But as I said, all in all, no complaints. It's been positive equity for 10 years and counting.
