I suspect 22/16 13/9 would be correct even without the duplication of 4s. White has an anchor, a three point board, and a four prime, so a blitz isn't likely to go anywhere. Blue's straggler is the only real flaw in his position, so getting that checker moving addresses the needs of the position directly. The extra shot on the 9 point is unfortunate, but that's backgammon.
