I agree that this is surely a take, but I'm surprised that Neil thinks it's not a double. I'll venture that this is a double, based on two rules of thumb: (1) for money, it's typically a double when you're down to three points in front of the more advanced anchor; (2) at a 3-3 score, one should double a little more aggressively than for money.

If I'm wrong, I'd be curious as to which of these two rules of thumb (maybe both?) is leading me astray here.
