White's worst numbers tend to be his large ones, the ones that force him to compromise his prime. If Blue hits, White is dancing on those numbers and therefore able to hold his position. Also, after being hit, White's rear position often becomes more flexible. 4s and 6s, now blocked, sometimes become numbers which allow him to hold his prime while he recirculates a checker. Blue doesn't have the resources to improve his containment structure, so I suspect he does better to eschew the hit and hope White damages his offense on his own. I'd go with b/22 13/10.
