I would keep the 6-prime and play 20/15, 7/6. If not, you will have to either come off of the anchor or break your prime on the very next roll anyway. If your opponent hits he cannot close you out without letting you escape while he is still trapped. Also if your opponent hits, covering his 23pt blot is not guaranteed. I think the chances of getting hit and ending up behind your opponent's own 6-prime are quite a bit smaller than you being able to escape while keeping him trapped behind your prime.
