Turboboost increase the frequency depending on how much cores are idle. You get the highest boost *only* if the 3 other cores are idle. If 2 cores are busy the Turboboost is less (just one or two steps of 133Mhz). With 4 cores busy you want see any boost (or at least just for a very short time...) So if XG utilizes 4 cores......
