'I don't think it is possible to say a priori something was a missed double, correct double, or wrong double. Similarly for wrong take/correct take/wrong pass/correct pass. If it's not possible to say a priori the correct cube action then it makes sense to go with the ply that is the strongest for D/ND or T/P decisions.'

If I understand the way world class analysis works, only your errors of a certain size are put through XGR+. Once you have identified an error you have also identified the type of error and the programming seems rather simple to do what I suggest.
