I tried for an hour to nicely convince Deb that by forcing us to float for Lee she was punishing Lee for no reason. Lee wanted to play, and was always trying to communicate with his opponent and showed up at SHG on time.

While I do understand Deb's reasoning to allow the IT team to float for Sal, her insistance that we must float for Lee is simply an intolerable and egregious decision.

.. neilkaz .. noting that he is quite disgusted with this event and the games some teams and players play by being difficult to communicate with near deadline time and not showing up on time.
