Morten Holm has imo made huge blunder in trying to enforce who should play on the opposing team (specifically Heitmuller, likely the weakest player on the international team). This should be solely the international teams decision as this matchup is more of a gambling event than a sports event. You can't expect people to place large bets under these circumstances.
