Can someone tell me how it's possible to RESPECT Hank Youngerman? A confirmed cheater?????

You had my full sympathy and support till that silly comment was made.

Lets be realistic though....everyone ALWAYS complains about Debs bs decisions. But they continue to enter the tandem.

Here's an idea...... Someone else get a website.....create a silimar tourney....have a panel or board of peers to make final decisions and not just 1 tyrant.....and run it properly.

Seems simple enough to me.

Oh and btw....Ever since so called world class players were allowed to TOTALLY fill a team (executioners for example) the whole thing lost its point. Kudos to Paul for creating an exemplary team - but didnt it sort of ruin the whole point of it? Its like entering a tennis team tourney and knowing that the Williams sisters, Nadal, Federrer, etc etc were all on the same team. These so called and respected world class players should offer themselves to other teams too....where is the pride in winning Tandem like that? Yeah they are world class....congrats...they deserve the respect they are given. But....holy moly....am i the only sane one here who see's the bigger picture?

Btw no disrespect to anyone tandem player - especially to any so called champions. But really.... it's overkill.

It is after all ....ment to be a enjoyable,competitive and fun event. Congrats to whoever turned it into a battle of who had the team with the most world class professional players on it.... WTG! You ruined tandem...

Next time think outside the box, and if your going to be all gung ho for world class players....why not do it the RIGHT way....invite them. And split them between the teams....so its FAIR.....

The boo's can commence now....But i reckon if most of your sane people thought for a minute about what im saying you will agree.

Heck we all love getting a chance to play a world class player. But....tandem was NEVER in my opinion....ment to be like that
