Click on the position or cube action you wish to submit (or the position you manually set-up) then...

Fast way: Hit CTRL + ALT + C and choose Copy as "HTML (using images)" or "HTML (using table)". Hit "Copy to Clipboard" and paste it in the message forum text area.

Not as fast way: Go to: File --> Export --> Postion to Clipboard and choose Copy as "HTML (using images)" or "HTML (using table)". Hit "Copy to Clipboard" and paste it in the message forum text area.
