As much as I don't like being under the gun, I think I'd play 24/20 13/8.

13/9 13/8 looks too inflexible (and strips the midpoint) while 24/15 is probably too boring, and you've made no progress if you get hit by the double direct shot. Even with the 8 or so rolls that make the 5 point, this still looks better to me. (We'll see.)
