1) Some of us are old enough to recall the stupidity known as the Holland Rule that Sly and I campaigned to get rid of.

2) Super easy.

3) Less easy, but I know is clear NRD if opp has 3 on ace pt, so likely NRD here.

4) Money R/T so 71% seems good choice.
