I'm thinking how nice a fourth builder for the bar point would be. 13/10 increases numbers that make that point by 50% - from 10 to 15. With that, 24/22 duplicates White's 6-3 and semi-freezes White's 9 point. The other play that creates a fourth builder is 13/11 24/21. But that makes White's 6-4 a good number and allows White to make his 4 point freely and on Blue's head.
