(1). 7(2), 24, 18 looks like a very good option. This hurts blues backgame as it is hard for him to play without hitting white and hurting his own timing. For blue to win this game going forward requires a long sequence of repeatedly attacking, pointing, escaping, and, all the while, dodging a good roll from white-a very tough game plan.

(2). I would make Falafel's play here. I am not sure about this one, but I think blues timing is too suspect to try another play. It will not be easy for white to go forward without hitting one and likely more of blue checkers.

(3). Many positions such as this do not have a huge difference in equity between doubling and not doubling. I tend to be a little more conservative in these positions, especially when leading, and wait for more clarity. If trailing in the match, 1-0, I would probably double.
