Pos.1: I'd make the barpoint of course and then I prefer 22/10 over 18, 16.
I think blue will get some chances of going forwards after 18, 16 and I don't see enough disadvantages of just playing 22/10 to justify that risk.

Pos 2: I like 13/10*/5 because it keeps both the options open of playing a backgame and playing a priming game. I wouldn't like to fully commit myself to a backgame yet because the timing is still a bit suspect. Making the 3-point also looks reasonable.

Pos 3: I wouldn't double yet, I see only a few marketlosing sequences but also some sequences after which white would regret to have doubled. Also by waiting I might give blue a more difficult T/P decision later on.
