I'd assume this is RD and a pretty big pass. There is a pretty big class of positions where one side has potentially considerably more difficult play than the other. In all of these any setting like XGR+ based on low level play is going to overestimate the position of the side with the easier play. It's pretty much like looking at a 1-ply rollout and then being surprised that a 3-ply rollout gives a significantly different result in these cases.
