This one is also in Trice's Boot Camp. It's a little more interesting because the checker play is not as trivial and one can question whether the bot is accurately deciding when to volunteer a shot and when not to. In my opinion the checker play in these sorts of positions is more interesting than the cube action. I've looked into it a little bit but am far from mastering the subtleties.

Even from a cube-action standpoint, there are some interesting questions that are not mentioned in Trice. For example, what happens if you change the location of Yellow's blot?
