Cube action from Nordic - Giants in disagreement

Over the board I cubed this and my opponent took it without too much sweating.

I wasn't entirely sure of the cube action but would have taken myself. I showed it to Falafal who felt very strongly that it was a clear pass. In fact he would still pass if we moved white's homeboard blot to white's stripped mid point. Personally I am not even sure I'd cube this with this alteration. Falafel felt it would be too easy for blue to just slot the back of the prime and eventually making it.

I later showed it to Trabi who felt strongly it was a take. Most I showed it to would take but a couple more also wanted to pass.

As far as I recall I rolled it out to be the slimmest of takes, so Falafel's pass was not at all so terrible.
