GnuBG's gradings are too tough IMO, usually at least one category lower than SW and XG would grade you. Especially GnuBG's cube error gradings seem way too harsh.

XG's Performance Rating is calculated along the lines of the GnuBG method (don't count forced and obvious moves), but the magnitude is comparable to SW's Error Rate (about 10% higher on average, I believe, whereas GnuBG's own error rate is like twice the SW ER).
