41$-43 ... Hit and UP is best

BGO has a rollout for 41$-43, but nothing for 41$-42. It was next on my list of things to rollout. Worth doing, or has the work already been done?

Here is data for 41$-42:

Snowie .. [S V23] 10k
GnuBG .. [S V6.7] 15k (Supremo)
XG 3-ply [S V13] 62k

GnuBG at DMP: [S V0.5] 5k. At GS it crosses over: [V S5.5] 15k

Here is data for 41$-43:

Snowie .. [U S24] 20k
GnuBG .. [U S26] 15k
XG 3-ply [U S14] 15k (on queue to extend)

GnuBG at DMP: [U S8.6] 5k. At GG it crosses over: [S U6.9] 5k

Nactation key: S = Split with incidental hit on 20pt (24/20* 13/11). U = Up 24/20* 24/21. V = Variant-Up (24/20* 24/22); you can get away with using U for that one too, but I prefer V because technically 24/20*/18 is U (as well as R).

As always, error sizes are in thousandths of a point. The "k" to the right of the brackets denotes number of thousands of trials (rounded down). For example, "[S V23] 10k" means S is best and V is -.023 after 10000+ trials.
