How does disagreeing with a play mean cheating?

He claims that the computer only made that move because it knew what the next roll was going to be (he rolled double 5s next roll). He says that bearing off 2 checkers was clearly superior to hitting and that "no human professional would make" the hitting move. Just so you know what I'm dealing with on a day to day basis, here is a partial quote:

"Are you trying to tell me that a human player would have opted for the bump? If so you are a moron! If you had money on the game would you risk getting bumped when a win was certain and a gammon almost certain? The computer took the move because it knew what I was going to roll, plain & simple. The computer couldn't calculate the odds unless IT KNEW what the next roll would be. DICE HAVE NO MEMORY IN REAL LIFE! I'll bet if you asked any of your paid pro reviewers which move they would make they wouldn't choose the bump. This lame excuse solidifies my belief you are a scam artist, getting people to pay for your overpriced game with bogus claims of no cheating."

Believe me, I could quote a lot more, but the language wouldn't be suitable for this forum.
