You should check for ghosts. Go to options/settings/games/removeghosts.

If that doesn't help, contact support@extremegammon.com and see if Xavier can help. I've never heard of this problem before.

Also, erase xg completely from your computer and download it again (be sure to record the access codes before you erase it.)
