Breaking the 18-point seems to make it too easy for Black to fill in that point and make a 5-prime, which spells disaster for Yellow's timing. So my 6 is 21/15. Now it's a choice between 22/21 and shuffling a checker in the home board (3/2 or 6/5). I'm not sure what is right, but I'm inclined to stay back because my timing for a backgame looks O.K. and I would actually prefer not to launch checkers from the 21-point. As for whether 6/5 or 3/2 is right, I don't see my 6-point getting made any time soon so I will just lift.
