White is under no special pressure, he can wait to see how the dice roll while trying to establish a favourable balance of jokers : anchoring chances and indirect shots against the 14 and 15 points and not too many indirects against him.

The more active plays don't look right. 13/10 13/12 brings only 5-3 and the duplicated 6-5 to make the bar at the price of as many additional fly shots, 6/2* is short of ammunition and 24/21 comes under the gun when there is no urgency.
