I would play 24/23 24/20.

This play gets in a good split at minimal risk, exploiting the fact that Black's 8pt is stripped. It would be very expensive for Black to make the 4pt with 42. White gets return shots if Black points with 31.

Playing 13/9 in the early game frequently duplicates Black's 53, but not when Black has already made his 3pt.
