If the double hit is trivial I wonder why nobody at the time who expressed an opinion agreed with my play... I'd love to see some trivial analysis too lol - AtS what's my opponent's gammon value? What's my opponent's backgammon value? How many gammons and backgammon do I lose by hitting v. not hitting? How many more games do I win by hitting? This is the start of what I spent minutes thinking about when deciding on this play.
