It's not quite as important to split when the opponent has made the 3-point (as opposed to the 4-point or the 5-point) but it's still valuable, and 13/8 does not accomplish that much. So I would split. Between 13/9 24/23 and 24/20 24/23 I'm not sure. Going for the advanced anchor is attractive but my front position is inflexible and could benefit from another builder. I think I slightly prefer 13/9 24/23 but 24/20 24/23 can't be far behind.
