The race is even and Black has some offense in place, with a stronger board and chances to contain. He has no checkers out of play and will maintain some control of the outfield, with a good chance of coming out with some kind of anchor. I'd take.

White has threats to make his bar or 4pt, to escape his back checker, or to attack and go for the close out. He can't do everything right away, but with Black on the bar, he could easily make progress on one or more fronts before Black gets his legs under him. I'd cube.
