Looks like a pass for money. I'm not sure if Black is supposed to take, even at this score, so I'd cube.

I keep going back and forth on the take ATS. Black has plenty of flexibility and chances to do something if he survives, but he may never get the chance. He'll have to start slotting points in his board, making his lone back checker an easy target. On the other hand, one counter-hit and he gets some breathing room and may be able to put something together. I'm too lazy to do the MET calculations at the moment, but White can use all four points if he gets recubed, and even all eight points if he re-recubes. I've almost talked myself into taking, but not quite.
