I like 23/18, 13/11 because it distracts him from running off the anchor where you'd ultimately like to trap him, and provokes action on a point you would like to have but don't have to care too much if you don't get. The 13/11 part works toward priming him, unstacks the mid without much risk of getting hit.

If he had one of those spares from the 6 on the 8 instead I'd probably like running better.
