I'd play 23/18 13/11. This forces the action on White's side of the board when he'd like to get his back men moving, and Blue just might get a better anchor out of the deal. The checker on the 11pt gives extra outfield coverage, gives Blue a good 6 to play, and will soon join in the prime building effort.
