Ouch... I didn't catch that from your first post, sorry!

I guess before the tray-deuce, going gammon is not THAT sick a sequence.

But: Not bearing off with tray-deuce here (given the score and cube), must be a huge blunder? After that move it's so psychological unfair to win a gammon (since the 6/3 6/4 play is like the scream from a risk-averse player, that he'll rather win 2 points and head into the DMP, than going for the kill with a little extra risk on the side).

Making such a play, then winning a single game and afterwards the match from DMP is OK. Making such a play, then winning the outright gammon is just so cruel!

Now I really feel sorry for you.

I never feel that you can complain about lack of luck if your opponent makes the best of his golden rolls - what else can he do. But when your opponent get the good rolls, makes the wrong plays and THEN get's away with it, that's when the window for complaints and hard luck stories open.
