Miran "I've been starting to think about overclocking. Damn you! :)"
You have an i7-920 chip and those are great for overclocking and there's tons of info online how to do so.
If you have no experience overclocking and want my help, feel free to email me and we'll start the process. Off course you'll have to get into the BIOS to do so, but believe me, this isn't as scary as it may sound to some of you who may have never done so.
Re: overclocking..it adds heat and also power required since voltages have to go up for serious overclocks. That being said, a 2.66GHz chip like the i7-920 can likely go up 0.50 Ghz more with minimal if any voltage increases, but heat will still go up some so make certain that the fans in the case are clean and functioning well and that any seriously overclocked computer isn't sitting in a small cubby hole someplace where it cannot get good air flow.
I doubt that you'll be able to safely get above 3.5 GHz without some added cooling to the case/tower and if you don't have good air conditioning for the summer beware (but of course you can always dial down the overclock when the room is hot and if your room is coldish in the winter..like 18C or so, then overclock somemore (using the computer as a heater as well as rollout machine :))
I'll be happy to advise with overclocking or you may prefer just to join the many threads on the many message boards online and ask questions.
