Roulette puzzle

In my head I come to the fact that you will need to win 4 times in 108 tries which is 1/27 when the probability of winning in 1/38. I am not sure how to coninue other than maybe to divide 27/38 which is about 72% so my answer is D. Someone please tell me if I am flawed.
