I guess you're right about being attacked on the 23 is not a real threat. I guess 10/9 looks better to me because of the better point making chances when missed. Then we can make points when the difference of the two dice is 1, 2 and 3, and not only 2 and 4. I didn't count the exact number of shots on the 10 and the 9 point, only saw it is a direct shot either way.
