You will wager $1 to win $35 108 times. When you win you get back $36. Therefore, if you win 3 times you break even. The number of times you win twice or less determines how often you lose.

37/38^108+(37/38)^106*1/38*108+(37/38)^106*1/38^2*107!=.4051344

E. You should lose less than 50%.
