Redraw in Vegas after Rd 1

I can easily see arguments for having a redraw when you have rebuys.

Say for instance you lose 1.round and you notice that so does Ballard, Stick, Neil Kaz etc. Would you wanna rebuy if you knew you had a good chance to meet them? But more generally, they redraw because the people rebuying shouldn't have any information on the tournament tree.

Of course, meeting the same person twice, especially him being a giant, is unfortunate, and maybe they should have some rule that says you cannot meet the same person twice in a row. But then again, this complicates thing, and I believe you were mostly unlucky.
