I assume that you're wondering if you should make the back of the prime if you're going to have to clear it right away anyway. That would be a reasonable question to ask if the backgame were well-timed. But here it isn't. Since Black has already made his low three points, his position is nearly hopeless. Your mission is to destroy his last shred of hope by getting him to collapse further. Making the back of the prime and preventing him from catching a break with a 6 is very strong here. If he rolls big then he'll be forced to bury a checker, which is a big gain for you. And what is the risk? That you'll be forced to leave a shot soon? That's not very likely, and even if you do leave a shot and are hit, what are you worried about? It's going to be nearly impossible for Black to contain you.

Here's a followup question that I'm less sure of the answer to. Say you play 13/9 10/9 now, and he rolls 3-2, which he plays 11/6. Now you roll 5-4. Do you bury two checkers and hold the 6-prime or do you pull up the back point? I would be inclined to bury two checkers by the same reasoning (try to make him crash further), but 6/1 5/1 does carry some risk (for example, 6-5 then blots).
