There is no urgency to escape here, and if a shot comes in white's outfield, it would be good to have a spare on the 20 point. We want to make the 4 point next and have limited resources in the area. So 13/9 is my gut reaction. Noting that a number of aces already play decently for white, there is duplication value as well.
