Redraw in Vegas after Rd 1

Why do so few seem to care about the knowledge of the drawsheet problem going forward for other formats. For example often duobles team s can sign up after the tournamnet has already begun. For masters events often the evening section is still being filled up when the afternoon section is already done. Those later entrants may have some very beneficial information on equity from entering the sidepool.
