I played this out a number of times. One of the features of this position is that Blue is slowed down a lot because of the three backgame points, and no checkers are killed yet. It is relatively easy for white to fill in points and have a good board when hitting shots. My guess is that it is a take, and possibly by quite a lot, but better to study White's position before playing it for the take for serious money, because White has some difficult decisions (when to give up points, what points to give up given a choice, when to recube,...).
