It's tempting to try to force White forwards with 5/3*/1 5/3(2) but I think this is too dangerous. Unless White rolls 5-5 from the bar, we will be leaving 4 immediate blotting numbers, which also tend to reblot. So then I think 6/4(2) are my first two 2's. Then 5/3*/1 works well if White enters with a 6, but if White enters with a 3 then 6-2 and 5-2 are nasty. It's again probably better to zugzwang White and let him leave of his own accord. Then I prefer 2/off(2) to 4/off, following Kleinman's Advanced Bearoff Technique (to bear them off, you have to bear them off). 4/off has the advantage of "saving 1's" but I suspect that that's not going to matter.
